At Coco de Mer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are not quite right, you can return or exchange them within 28 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside the shipping box to ensure they arrive safely.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return label provided by our portal and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
